Animal products have been a staple in the human diet for as long as humans have existed. This is simply because animal products, specifically organic and pasture raised, are the best source of several extremely critical fats, vitamins, and minerals that we need in order to reach optimum health.

Animals that have been raised on grass also have three to five times as much CLA when compare to grain fed animals. The bioavailable vitamin, mineral, and amino acid content of pasture raised meat is truly unparalleled to any other food. When eating organic grass-fed beef instead of commercial grain fed beef, you are limiting your exposure to pesticides, antibiotics, and artificial hormones.
